    HANDLING THE REMOTE CONTROL 8 mts. 26 ft. LOCATION OF THE REMOTE CONTROL Use the remote control within a distance of 8 meters / 26 Feet from the appliance, pointing it towards the receiver. Reception is confirmed by a beep. CAUTIONS The air conditioner will not operate if curtains, doors or the materials block the signal from the remote control to the indoor unit.

    HEAT AUTO COOL MODELS: RG51B14/(C)E, RG51B16/(C)E, NOTE: Do not select HEAT mode if the machine you purchased RG51B18/(C)E, RG51B19/(C)E-M, is cooling only type. Heat mode is not supported by the cooling RG51B20/(C)E, RG51B31/(C)E only appliance.
  • Page 6 TIMER OFF Button SET TEMPERATURE( F) Press this button to activate the Auto-off time setting. AUTO COOL HIGH Each press will increase the time setting in 30 minutes HEAT increments, up to 10 hours, then at 1 hour increments up to 24 hours. To cancel the Auto-off time setting, just TEMP press the button until the time setting is 0.0.

    INDICATORS ON LCD MODE display Displays the current selected mode. Including AUTO, COOL, DRY, HEAT (cooling & heating models only) and FAN. Transmission Indicator This transmission indicator will light when remote control transmits signals to the indoor unit. Temp./Timer display The temperature setting (from 17ºC (62,6 ºF) to 30ºC (86ºF) ) or timer setting (0~24h) will be displayed.

    HOW TO USE THE BUTTONS AUTO OPERATION Ensure the unit is plugged in and power is available. The OPERATION indicator on the display panel of the indoor unit illuminates. SET TEMPERATURE( C) AUTO COOL HIGH Press the MODE button to select Auto. HEAT TEMP Press the TEMP button to set the desired temperature.

    DEHUMIDIFYING OPERATION Ensure the unit is plugged in and power is available. The OPERATION indicator on the display panel of the indoor unit illuminates. SET TEMPERATURE( C) AUTO COOL HIGH Press the MODE button to select DRY mode. HEAT TEMP Press the TEMP button to set the desired temperature.
