Warranty
If you open the Basic Braille housing, which is sealed, within the warranty period, the
warranty becomes void. The same applies to improper handling or use.
In the unlikely event that your Basic Braille does become defective, our repair service will
be available for repairs.

The Basic Braille is a highly complex product. Although it has been optimized to be as
easy to use and as self-explanatory as possible, errors in understanding or operation,
which may impede your use of the device, may occur. Please consult this user manual first
if you encounter difficulties.
