Troubleshooting
Cause/Solution
Perform the operations described below when
uploading automatically.
- Camera settings menu M Network menu M
Send while shooting M set Still images to On.
- In the A tab of the SnapBridge app M Auto link
options M turn on Auto link.
- In the A tab of the SnapBridge app M Auto link
options M turn on Auto download.
- If the camera settings menu M Network menu M
Bluetooth M Send while off is set to Off, turn on
the camera or change the setting to On.
You may not be able to upload images or uploading
may be canceled while the camera is being operated.
Also see "If Images Cannot Be Uploaded Successfully."
You cannot perform remote photography when
there is no free space in the internal memory or
memory card. Delete unnecessary images or insert a
memory card with sufficient free space.
You may not be able to perform remote
photography while the camera is being operated.
For Send while shooting and Mark for upload in the
camera, the size of images that are downloaded is
restricted to 2 megapixels. To download still images at
their original size, use Download pictures in the
SnapBridge app.
A computer or printer is connected to the camera.
The memory card contains no images.
Remove the memory card to play back images in the
internal memory.
The camera is off.
The battery is exhausted.
The USB cable is not correctly connected.
The camera is not recognized by the computer.
The computer is not set to start Nikon Transfer 2
automatically. For more information about Nikon
Transfer 2, refer to help information contained in
ViewNX-i.
