Open the PPT file and save it as into the picture format that is supported, such as JPG. It is recom-
mended to use the PowerPoint 2000 version or above.
How to play the files in a certain sequence in the USB play mode?
Place all files into a same directory. Then create an index file in the same directory according to the
play sequence. Then the program will play these picture files in an order as appointed by the index
file. The left screenshot below is the order of the picture files before editing, while the right screenshot
below shows the order of the picture files after editing.
