Delete all the entries

• Press M M enu .
• Select P P honebook, press O O K.
Select D D elete all using the  or  keys. Press O O K.

• For the question D D elete all?, press O O K to confirm the deletion of all entries.
W W arning This operation will erase all the files in your base. Once this is
done, you will have an empty phonebook on all the handsets
registered to the base.

Speed dialing

This function allows you to assign a keyboard shortcut to a contact in your
phonebook.
Note To call your contact, press and hold the key assigned to the
number and the number is automatically dialed.
• Press M M enu .
• Select P P honebook, press O O K.
Select S S peed Dialing using the  or  keys. Press O O K.

Select, using the key  or , the number of the keyboard key you want to assign
•
to your contact (0~9).
• Press E E dit .
• Press P P honebook
shortcut. Press O O K.
• You can also directly enter the number of your choice. Once the number is
entered, press O O K. To exit the menu, press B B ack
Manage your contacts...
, select the contact you want to assign a keypad
3 times in succession.
