For Vehicle with Dynamic Radar Cruise
Control System*
c ) Press the "ON-OFF" button and check
that the indicator in the instrument clus-
ter comes on and "RADAR READY" ap-
pears on the multi-information display.
(Vehicle to vehicle distance control
mode)
d ) Check that cruise control mode is
changed between vehicle to vehicle dis-
tance control mode and conventional
(fixed speed) control mode by pressing
the cruise control lever for longer than
about 1 second. (Indicator in the instru-
ment cluster comes on)
e ) Check that the vehicle to vehicle dis-
tance setting is changed from "Long" to
"Medium" to "Short" and then back to
"Long" by pushing the distance switch
on the steering wheel.
