BEFORE FIRST USE: Read and follow all the instructions in this “User Manual” even if you feel you are familiar with the product, and find a place to keep it handy for future reference. Your attention is drawn particularly to the sections concerning “IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS” and “FOR YOUR SAFETY". - Page 3 HOW TO OPERATE: Please read these instructions carefully before operating. 1. Carefully remove the heater from its carton and plastic packaging, and remove all promotional labels, and unwind the cord to its full length. 2. To attach the foot base to the appliance, align the plastic mounting bracket to the towel rail, so that the bracket fits evenly over the assembly point.
