Change voice and writing information collection setting
Windows and Cortana can collect information about contacts, calendar events,
speech and handwriting patterns, and typing history to provide better
suggestions.
1 Open Settings
2 Under Getting to know you:
Tap Stop getting to know me, and then tap Turn off.

Change feedback sent to Microsoft

2 Use the available options to change your feedback and diagnostic settings.
