What should I do if my keyboard doesn't work? Note These troubleshooting steps are for the Insignia tablet keyboard that came with your tablet. If you are using a different keyboard, see the documentation that came with it for help. Clean the connection contacts on your tablet and keyboard with a soft cloth.
