d)Fasten the screws that mount the back plate to the area you want to mount the thermostat
on. Make sure that the thermostat is level and flush with the wall so no wires are stuck behind be-
fore screwing into the wall. The thermostat is a light weight product but for best installation preferably
screw the back plate into a stud behind the drywall.
e)Put the TSTAT7 directly over the mounting connectors and begin to push gently. The two plas-
tic clippings located at the top of the front cover should fit together smoothly with the plastic slots on
the back plate. There might be some playing around with getting both slots to clip in nicely.
