Using the Menus
The phone offers a range of functions that allows
you to tailor the phone to your needs. These
functions are arranged in menus and submenus.
The menus and submenus can be accessed by
scrolling or using the shortcuts.
Accessing a Menu Function by Scrolling
1. In the standby mode, press the Menu soft key
to access the main menu mode.
2. Scroll with
and
main menu, for example, Settings. Press the
Select soft key to enter the menu.
3. Find the menu option you want, for example,
Display, by scrolling with
the Select soft key to enter the menu option.
If the menu you have selected contains submenus,
such as Language, repeat this step.
4. Scroll with the navigation keys to select the
setting of your choice.
5. Press the Save soft key to confirm the chosen
setting.

Accessing a Menu Function by Using its
Shortcut
The menu items, such as menu, submenus and
setting options, are numbered and can be accessed
quickly by using their shortcut numbers.
Note: The numbers assigned to each menu function
are indicated on the list on page 60.
1. In the standby mode, press the Menu soft key to
access the menu mode.
2. Enter the first digit of the shortcut number. Repeat
this for each digit of the shortcut number.
Example: Changing the display language
Press

6 enters Settings, 2 selects Display, and 3
selects Language.
3. Scroll with the navigation keys to select the
setting of your choice.
4. Press the Save soft key to confirm the chosen
setting.
