  • Page 23 DUKE Model 957R Soft Serve Freezer Cleaning Instructions (continued) Wash all parts removed from the freezer thoroughly with dish deter- gent soap. Clean the following parts with the appropriate supplied brush: a. The mix containers, hoses, and bag adaptors (if used).
  • Page 24 DUKE Model 957R Soft Serve Freezer 6.3 Cleaning - continued After all parts are washed, rinse and then place them in the sani- tizer solution. For proper sanitizing, the parts must remain fully im- mersed in the sanitizer for 5 minutes.
  • Page 25 DUKE Model 957R Soft Serve Freezer Assembly Correct assembly of the freezer is essen- tial to prevent leakage of the product and damage to the freezer. To assemble the freezer you will need an approved lubri- cant (such as Lubri-Film). Make sure all parts of the assemblies have been washed and sanitized before assembling.
