DUKE Model 957R Soft Serve Freezer 6.1 Cleaning Accessories The following accessories shipped with the freezer are necessary for cleaning, sanitizing, and disassembly/assembly: 1. Hose, Spigot Drain: attaches to spigot 5. Brush, 1/4 inch diameter with 6-1/2 for draining product into bucket.

DUKE Model 957R Soft Serve Freezer Cleaning Instructions (continued) Wash all parts removed from the freezer thoroughly with dish deter- gent soap. Clean the following parts with the appropriate supplied brush: a. The mix containers, hoses, and bag adaptors (if used).

DUKE Model 957R Soft Serve Freezer 6.3 Cleaning - continued After all parts are washed, rinse and then place them in the sani- tizer solution. For proper sanitizing, the parts must remain fully im- mersed in the sanitizer for 5 minutes.

DUKE Model 957R Soft Serve Freezer Assembly Correct assembly of the freezer is essen- tial to prevent leakage of the product and damage to the freezer. To assemble the freezer you will need an approved lubri- cant (such as Lubri-Film). Make sure all parts of the assemblies have been washed and sanitized before assembling.
