Side or Corner Stapling (Block Stapling)
Adjust Guides (10, 11) to match paper format you are using. Position the Flat
Plate Side Stopper Bracket on the Staple Bar and Secure in place. This sets the
margin for side and corner stapling.
Slide Rear Selection Lever to Staple Only
Insert paper making sure the sheets are nice and square
Push the Start Button
Books are removed manually, Auto mode is not available for Side/Corner
Stapling action.
Trouble Shooting
Machine is switched on, but the LED Display (5) is not on
The power cord is not plugged in
correctly:
Circuit breaker has been activated:
Internal problem:
Start Button is being pushed, but machine does not work
Cover (4) is open:
Staple jam inside staple section:
Overload of Staple or Fold Assembly due
to too much or too thick paper being
used.
Circuit breaker has been activated:

Push power cord thoroughly into power
outlet.
Push circuit breaker button in again (6). It
is located at the machine's rear, beneath
the power cord outlet.
Contact Service Team at TFP
Close cover.
Take off stapling head, remove both
screws of front plate (18), take off front
plate. Remove jammed staple, clean
staple channel and reassemble.
Push Reset Button (6) for a few seconds.
The machine then runs backwards,
enabling the operator to pull out jammed
paper.
Push circuit breaker button in again. It is
located at the machine's rear, beneath the
power cord outlet.
