Never leave the machine unsupervised with the motor
running.
Feed the work piece against the rotation of the blade
only!
Observe care when lifting. You are handling heavy
parts, which imply the risk of pinch injuries or other
injuries.

Basic working techniques

CAUTION! Under all circumstances avoid
!
grinding using the side of the blade; it
will almost certainly be damaged or
break and can cause immense damage.
Only use the cutting section.
Never use a diamond blade to cut plastic
material.
Cutting metal generates sparks that may
cause fire. Do not use the machine near
ignitable substances or gases.
Check that the blade is fitted correctly and does not
show signs of damage. See the instructions in the
sections "Blades" and "Assembly and settings".
Check that the correct blade is used for the application
in question.
Never cut asbestos materials!

Plunge cutting

The cutting arm is spring loaded and adjustable up and
down.
Loosen the lock knob for the depth setting and raise
the blade.
With the handle on the cutting arm the cutting blade
can adjusts up and down and create a plunge cut in
the work piece.
OPERATING

Dust handling/Cooling

The water system circuit is used to reduce dust and cool
the blade. The water from the water pump is distributed to
the blade.
Water pump with own on/off valve.
Adjust water flow to bind the cutting dust. The volume of
water required varies depending on the type of job at
hand.
The valve on the water tank adjusts the flow of water
to the channel in the conveyor cart.
The valve on the blade guard adjusts the flow to the
blade.
Managing dust
The machine is fitted with a low flushing water kit that
offers maximum dust suppression.
Use wet cutting blades with water cooling when possible
for optimal dust management.
Adjust water flow using the tap to bind the cutting dust.
The volume of water required varies depending on the
type of job at hand.
If water hoses loosen from their supply sources, this
indicates that the machine is connected to a water
pressure that is too high.
