My airLIFT desk does not go up and down and is displaying a code that I couldn’t find in the manual. Can you please suggest any troubleshooting step I could take?
If a Seville Classics AIRLIFT S2 desk is not adjusting height and displays an error code, follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Identify the Error Code:
- E-2, E-5, E-6: Re-initialize the system.
- E-1, E-4: Contact customer service.
2. Re-initialize the Desk:
- Press and hold the UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW simultaneously until three blinking zeros appear.
- Release the buttons.
- The desk will move to its lowest, then highest, then middle height.
- When the display shows about 38 (+/-1), the desk is ready.
3. If Re-initialization Fails:
- Try switching cables from one port to another at the control box and re-initialize again.
- If the error code still appears, contact customer service.
