When you are not using HERO4 Session, rotate it in the
Shutter/Select button [ ] is covered to prevent the camera from
accidentally turning on.
CHARGING TIME
The battery charges to 80% in approximately one hour and 100% in
approximately two hours when using GoPro's USB-compatible Wall
Charger, Auto Charger, or other USB charging adapter. Other chargers
might charge at a slower rate.
NOTICE: Using a wall charger other than a GoPro Wall Charger can
damage the GoPro battery. Only use USB charging adapters marked
5V 1A. If you do not know the voltage and amperage of your charger,
use the included USB cable to charge the camera from your computer.

You can capture video and photos while the camera is plugged in to
a USB charging adapter, or the GoPro Wall Charger or Auto Charger
with the included USB cable. (You cannot record while charging the
camera through a computer.) When you stop recording, the camera
battery begins to charge. Performance of non-GoPro chargers cannot
be guaranteed.
Note: Because the side door is open, the camera is not waterproof during charging.
