To avoid the risk of electric shock, explosion, fire or leakage of corrosive
or toxic chemicals, please observe the following warnings:
• Use only the charger specified by Plantronics. Do not use the charger
for any unintended purpose.
• If your headset / headphone is designed to be charged with your mobile
phone charger using a custom adapter, use only mobile phone chargers
approved and provided by your mobile phone manufacturer.
• Plug the AC adapter or charger only into an outlet that will be
easily accessible.
• Do not disassemble or insert anything into the product or charger
because this may cause damage to the internal components or cause
injury to you.
• If the product or charger: overheats; has a damaged cord or plug; has
been dropped or damaged; has been dropped into water, disconnect
any charger from its power supply, discontinue use of the product and
contact Plantronics.
• Prevent rain, moisture or other liquid from coming into contact with
the product to protect against damage to your headset / headphone
or injury to you. This warning is not applicable for ruggedized or sports
products which are designed to withstand contact with moisture.
• Charge the headset/headphones according to the instructions supplied
with the unit.
• Never charge the battery where the temperature may fall below 0ºC
(32ºF) or rise above 40ºC (104ºF) – for example in an unattended motor
vehicle.
• Avoid charging the battery while it is unattended.
• Do not place the product or battery in a fire. Do not open, deform or
mutilate the battery.
• Do not allow any battery or its holder to contact metal objects such as
keys or coins.
• Always store and dispose of batteries where children cannot
reach them.
• Do not try to remove an embedded, non-replaceable battery.
Contact a local recycling facility for removal of the battery, which is
designed to last the life time of the product.
• If your product has a replaceable battery, use only the battery type
supplied by Plantronics. Observe the correct polarity when installing
the battery.
• If your product is designed to use a non-rechargeable battery, use
only the type specified in the product instructions; do not use a
rechargeable battery.
If the product packaging is labeled "Made for iPod", "Made for iPhone", or "Made
for iPad" this means that an electronic accessory has been designed to connect
specifically to iPod, iPhone, or iPad, respectively, and has been certified by the
developer to meet Apple performance standards. Apple is not responsible for the
operation of this device or its compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Please note the use of this accessory with iPod, iPhone, or iPad may affect
wireless performance.
