15. Can I add a layer of gauze on my baby's skin?
If your baby has sensitive skin, you can add a layer of gauze
on your baby's skin. Please note that other clothing materials
are not recommended, other clothing materials are thicker
and denser and will affect the accuracy of your baby's
measurements.
16. Why does my ASUS Vivobaby Device disconnect with the
ASUS Vivobaby Station when I cover my baby with thick
blankets?
The ASUS Vivobaby Device is a low frequency electromagnetic
waves product, therefore the Bluetooth signals will be more
prone to shielding. If you cover your baby with thick blankets,
we recommend that you set up the ASUS Vivobaby Station
within three (3) meters of the ASUS Vivobaby Device.
17. How do I take care of my ASUS Vivobaby Device?
We recommend wiping the ASUS Vivobaby Device gently with
a wet cloth everyday. When you take off the ASUS Vivobaby
Device, refrain from placing the ASUS Vivobaby Device on a
rough or sharp surface to prevent scratching the sensors.
18. What type of Wi-Fi connections does my ASUS Vivobaby
Station support?
The ASUS Vivobaby Station supports Open (None), WPA, and
WPA2 networks.
19. If I don't have a Wi-Fi router in my home, can I use my
smartphone as a hotspot to use my ASUS Vivobaby?
Yes, you can use a mobile hotspot instead of a router to use your
ASUS Vivobaby.
