7. How do I change the device position?
You can try doing any of the following:
•
On the My Baby screen, tap on the measurements next
to your baby's profile to enter the diary entries and
notifications screen, tap on the measurements area to enter
the Records page, then tap the settings icon on the top
right corner.

On the Devices screen, tap on your device to enter the
Device Information screen, then tap on the Alert Settings.
8. How do I change the measurement range?
You can try doing any of the following:
•
On the My Baby screen, tap on the measurements next

notifications screen, tap on the measurements area to enter
the Records page, then tap the settings icon on the top
right corner and tap NEXT.

On the Devices screen, tap on your device to enter the
Device Information screen, then tap on the Alert Settings
and tap NEXT.
9. Why am I not receiving any notifications?
If you have notification management apps installed, make
sure that you set the notifications from the companion app as
allowed, otherwise notifications may not be displayed.
