1. My ASUS Vivobaby Station and ASUS Vivobaby Device does
not pair or sync. How can I fix this?
You can try doing any of the following:
• Press the Power button on the ASUS Vivobaby Device for
four (4) seconds to turn the device off, then press the Power
button for two (2) seconds to turn the device on again.
• Disconnect the ASUS Vivobaby Station from a power source,
then reconnect the ASUS Vivobaby Station to a power
source.
• If the problem still exists, contact your local ASUS service
center for assistance.
2. When will I be able to see my baby's measurements?
When monitoring skin temperature:
• If the skin temperature of your baby is above 32°C, you will
be able to see your baby's measurements instantly.
• If the skin temperature of your baby is below 32°C, you
will be able to see your baby's measurements after one (1)
minute. If the skin temperature of your baby is still below
32°C, a low temperature alarm will go off and it will enter
alert mode.
When monitoring movement rate:
• You will be able to see your baby's measurements after
powering on your device for about one (1) minute.
