Add a Site to a Conference

Select
and press OK.
If the site you want to add is in your address book:

1. Select the site and press OK.

2. Select Add Site and press OK.
If the site is not in your address book but you know its
number or IP address:
1. Enter the number or IP address of the site in the search
box and press OK.
2. Select
and press OK.
To add a site to a
conference, you must chair
the conference.
