STEP 3 I: Slip the Mast cover (37) onto the Handlebar post (12); II: Connect the Sensor wire (16) to the upper Sensor wire (3), and install the Tension control cable (15) to the Tension controller (11), ensured the Cable has been connected correctly as shown. III: Fix the Handlebar post (12) on the Main frame (1), using the Allen bolts (14), and Arc Washers (13) as shown.

STEP 4 Attach the Saddle (34) to the Horizontal seat post (33), secured the screw and nut under the Saddle. And then fit the Horizontal seat post to the Vertical seat post (29), secured with the Flat washer (32) and Knob nut (31) as shown.
MAINTENANCE AND TREATMENT Verify that all the bolts and nuts are locked properly and the turning parts should be turned freely without damaged parts. Clean the equipment with soap and slightly damp cloth only. Please do not use any solvent to clean the equipment.
WARM-UP and COOL-DOWN A successful exercise program consists of a warm-up, aerobic exercise, and a cool-down. Do the entire program at least two and preferably three times a week, resting for a day between workouts. After several months, you can increase your workouts to four or five times per week. WARM-UP The purpose of warming up is to prepare your body for exercise and to minimize injuries.
