Your Phone's microSD Card

The microSD Card
Your phone is equipped with a 2 GB microSD
available memory space. It allows you to store images, videos, music, documents, and voice data in your
phone.
Important
The microSD card is already installed on your phone.
Removing the microSD Card
1.
With the phone is turned off, push the back cover up with your thumb until it disengages from the device
and then slide it up to remove.
2.
Press the microSD card to eject it from the slot.
Note
DO NOT remove a microSD card while files are being accessed or transferred. Doing so will result in loss
or damage of data. To safely remove the microSD card while the phone is on, you need to unmount it first.
See "Removing the microSD Card While the Phone is On" for details.
You can easily damage the microSD card by improper operation. Please be careful when inserting, removing,
or handling them.
Make sure your battery is fully charged before using the microSD card. Your data may become damaged
or unusable if the battery runs out while using the microSD card.
Inserting the microSD Card
1.
Remove the back cover by following these steps:
Make sure the phone is turned off.
Hold the device securely with the front facing down.
Push the back cover up with your thumb until it disengages from the device and then slide it up
to remove.
2.
Insert the microSD card into the slot with its gold contacts facing down.
3.
Press the microSD card all the way in until you hear a click.
