Lenses with an MF Clutch
If the lens is equipped with an MF clutch, you can use it to
switch between auto and manual focus.
• The MF clutch can not be used to switch between auto
and manual focus during movie recording.
Choosing a Focus Position for PreMF

Select [Preset MF] for AF mode.

Press the shutter button halfway to focus.
• Focus can be adjusted by rotating the focus ring.

• The Pre-MF function can be recalled by pressing the button to which [Preset
MF] is assigned in the [

• The focus distance for the preset focus point can be set using the [Preset
MF distance] option in the Custom Menu.
