GENERAL ® The Health o meter Professional 594KL Digital Chair Scale uses highly sophisticated microprocessor technology. This precision instrument is designed to provide accurate, reliable and repeatable weight measurements by providing features that make the weighing process simple, fast and convenient. Weight is displayed in kilograms or pounds. The scale includes a seat with arm support and a footstool that can be folded up for easy entry/exit. -

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Keypad Function Description ON/OFF Powers scale on and off. ZERO Zeroes the scale prior to a weighing. Holds the weight value of the patient on the display until the button HOLD/RELEASE is pressed again to clear the value. Press the UNIT button to toggle the weight measuring unit between LB and KG. The display can be locked to only measure in LB or KG by following these procedures.

CALIBRATION PROCEDURE This scale has been factory calibrated and does not require calibration prior to use. If required, the scale can be calibrated. The following procedure assumes the scale is set to LB mode. The minimum calibration weight for this scale is 300 lb. If calibrating in KG mode, the minimum calibration weight is 130 kg. -
