Insert strap with attached pin tray into
one side of the Bracelet until it snaps in
place.

Place the Bracelet on the offender's
leg, just above the ankle bone.

Step 5:
Wrap the strap around the offender's
leg and measure to the line shown
above so that it allows approximately
¼ inch of space between the
offender's leg and the strap to ensure
comfort.
