A COmpactUSB package contains the device, USB cable, mouthpiece & D- piece. The COmpactUSB itself is a Human-Interface-Device (HID) and requires no drivers to be installed for operation; these are already contained within the Windows driver set. If you don't see the window, please skip to Step 4. The COmpactUSB software will launch and a pop up activation window will prompt you to enter your product key. figure 1.1a The product key will normally be found on your invoice/sales receipt. - Page 4 4. COmpactUSB™ ACTIVATION: With the COmpactUSB™ software opened, the following screen will be displayed, figure 2. Note the device state is ‘Not Connected’. Figure 2. 5. Plug the small end of the USB cord into the device and the other larger end into any USB port using the supplied USB cable, Figure 3a.
