Owner Responsibilities The intent of the Spheros warranty is to protect the original product owner from product defects and provide free repair and replacement of defective parts in the manner provided herein. Spheros Thermo Test software installed on a computer. Any part replaced under warranty must be returned to Spheros North America, Inc. to be tested to confirm that it is defective and for purposes of ongoing product improvement.
A functional test is required to isolate defective components. The Spheros Thermo Test Kit for PC’s running Windows operating system can be obtained to perform diagnostics and functional tests on all Spheros Thermo series heaters except the DBW series (160, 230, 300, 350 and 470).

3. Approved claims will be reimbursed through a credit memo or customer preferred payment. 4. Spheros will process approved claims within one (1) month of receipt. 5.
