Insert your SIM card

The SIM card slot is on the side of the router.
Use a micro SIM card. Make sure you insert the card in the
right direction, push until you feel it click. Save your PIN and
PUK code. When removing the card, first turn off the router,
then push the SIM gently and it will pop out automatically.

Start the router
Connect the power cable and turn on the router.

Connect to the router

A Make sure Wireless Network is activated on
your computer/tablet/smartphone.
B Select your network name (SSID) from the list which is displayed where
you select a network connection on your computer/tablet/smartphone.
When prompted, enter your password (wifi key).
(C) The first time you connect to the internet you may need to enter your SIM
card's PIN code before you can go online. Enter http://192.168.8.1 in the
address field of your web browser and log in using the username admin
and password admin. Enter your SIM card's PIN code and click Send.

Setup management

The web based setup management allows you to make more advanced
configurations of your router. E.g. change APN profile, change wifi name and
password, send and receive text messages. It also contains a more detailed
manual – just click on the question mark in the top right corner.
• Open the setup management in your web browser.

Tip! Download the Huawei app
With the HUAWEI HiLink (Mobile Wifi) app
you can change password, see connected
units, send and receive text messages, and
more. The app is in english, created by Huawei
and you can download it free from App Store,
Google Play or the QR code.
Tip! Top up via text message
If you reach your surf data limit you will receive a text message to your router.
You can see the message in the setup management or the Huawei app. You
can top-up your data by sending a text message from the setup management
or the app. Simply text "5GB" to 4466 to buy 5GB of extra surf. There are also
