TROUBLESHOOTING INSTRUCTIONS POWER ISSUES The unit will not turn on: STEP 1. Verify that the panel breaker is turned STEP 6. Verify the voltage at the toggle switch, it should read: 120v between each terminal + neutral. STEP 2.
