Troubleshooting
5-3-11 When Perfect Fan Motor does not operate.("
1. Causes of Failure
1) Motor & Sensor PCB connecting harness cut or poor contact.
2) Poor motor
3) Poor Main PCB
2. Inspection Items
1) Connecting harness of motor connector?
2) Operability of outdoor unit? If yes, Main PCB must be poor.
3) Operability of Fan motor while outdoor unit is running. If yes, motor must be poor.
4) Cold lead remnant in Main PCB 501 condenser(450V 1.2uF).
3. Inspection Procedure
Turn power off and on in 5 seconds.
Power on and Perfect Air Cleaning on.
Check voltage between CN501 No. #3 ↔ #5, 220V?
Check CN502 connecting harness.
