Enable or Disable (default) USB OTG Support..
Set USB VBUS mode. VBUS should be ON (default)
in HOST mode. It should be OFF in OTG device
mode.
Set the mode of operatin of xHCI Mode.
Options: Enabled, Disabled, Auto and Smart
