Is the VRIO a 1.8V?
YES
Folder signal is low on
Magnetizing into U101?
YES
The DBB(U102) is broken.
Change the board.
NO
Re-solder the
C111, C112
NO
Refer to Power ON
Trouble
NO
Replace the U101.
The U101 is broken
