noises. effect on dishwasher function.
Knocking or Spray arm strikes the dishes,
rattling noise. dishes not positioned correctly.
If there is a low load, the water jets
strike the washing tank directly.
Light dishes move during the wash
cycle.
Unusual foam Handwash liquid in the rinse aid
formation. dispenser.
Rinse aid spilled.

Remedial action
No remedial action possible.
Position dishes so that the spray arms do
not strike the dishes.
Load the dishwasher with more dishes or
distribute the dishes more evenly in the
dishwasher.
Arrange light dishes securely.
Immediately refill rinse aid dispenser with
rinse aid.
Remove rinse aid with a cloth.
