1. Finger tighten the bolts securing the rear
arm.
2. Check th• oil seal lips
and bearing in the
end for damage wear. Replace
as
required.

tant que

Bearing: Medium-weight wheel bearing ' .
grease
Oil
sea l: Lithium soap grease
NOTE: -----------~
To avoid damaging the oil seal lip, Apply a
light coat of lith ium soap grease to the rear
ax le collars. If the collar is d irty, clean w ith a
rag.

3. Fit the rear arm end p late to the rear
wheel axle shah, then finger-tighten !he
bolts securing the end plate.
4. Tighten the rear wheel ax le not.
Tightening torque:
60 Nm (6.0 m·kg, 43.5 ft-lb)
5 . Retighten the rear arm hold ing bolts.
Tightening torque:
30 Nm 13.0 m·kg, 22.0 fHb )
6. Retighten the rear arm end bolts.
T ightening torque:
35 Nm (3.5 m·kg, 25.0 ft·lb)

Ajuster la plaque d'cxtremite de bras
aniere sur l'axc de
rove
arriCre, puis
serrer Jes boulons de lixation de cette
plaque 11 L a main.

Serrer
l'ecrou d'axc

la
roue a.ni~re.
