With the ARMOR MOSFEТ
amplifier series, we are introducing
nine new amplifiers,all designed
in the USA. This new series includes
three monoЫock amps, four 2-channel,
two 4-channel amplifiers .
AII ARMOR models feature
variaЫe low pass and fixed high
pass crossovers and variaЫe input gain
controls.
For further flexibllity in the use of а
subwoofer, О-+ 18dB Bass Boost
control (2CH/4CH/AR1500M) or
0-+12dB Bass Boost control (AR2000M
/AR2500M) has been included оп all
amplifiers. You сап control the
subwoofer level with the remote level
control module.

the amp into your system regardless
of the nature of your input source.

What is included?
When first unpacking your new
amplifier, please check first that the
package contains all of the items
below. lf something is missing, contact
the store where you purchased the
amplifier.
• ARMOR Amplifier
• Remote subwoofer control
• High input саЫе with connector
• Four (4) mounting screws

lf you experience operation or performance proЫems with this product, compare your
installation with the electrical wiring diagram оп the previous pages. lf proЬlems persist,
read the following trouЫeshooting tips which may help eliminate the proЫems.
SYMPTOM POSSIBLE REMEDY
Amplifier will not Check to make sure уои have
power up.
Check that the Remote lnput (Тит-Оп) has at least 9VDC.
Check that there is battery power оп the (+) terminal.
Check that there is at /east 12v.

Check fuses, rep/ace if necessary.
Make sure that the Protection LED is not illuminated. lf it is lit, shut off
the amplifier brief/y, and then repower it.
Protection LED Check for short circuits оп speaker /eads.

Check the Filter Control settings.

High hiss in the Disconnect RCA inputs to the amplifiers. lf the hiss disappears, then
plug in the component driving the amplifier and unplug its inputs. lf the

lt is best to set the amplifier's input /evel control as /ow as possiЬ/e. The
best subjective signat-to-noise ratio is achieved in this manner. Try to set
the head unit as high as possiЬ/e (without distortion) and the атр input
/evel as /ow as possiЬ/e.
Squealing noise Check for improperly grounded RCA interconnects.
