(2) Is the Indoor PCB properly connected with the CN71 connector?

Is #9 of Micom (IC04) DC 5.0 V?
Is the number checking #12 of IC06 (ULN2003A) LOW?
Is voltage rating between CN71 #3 and
4 way valve of the outdoor unit or connection
Replace 4 way valve check connection cable
