  • Page 3 When the dispensers arrive at the installation site, the unpacked units should be inspected for possible shipping damage. If damage is evident, it must be reported to the carrier. Shipping damage is not covered under the Tokheim warranty policy. After unpacking and prior to installation, the delivered equipment should be inspected to insure that all the required materials are on hand, and the dispensers have all the ordered options and markings.
