CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Before replacing the UV lamp, make sure the Therapure
off and unplugged. Let the lamp cool down for 5 minutes before replacing it.

Replacing the UV Lamp:

1. Release the inlet grill by pressing on the locking latch.
2. Grasp the left and right frames of the cleanable HEPA-type filter through the
indentations on the sides of the filter enclosure and remove filter.
3. Remove the two bolts used to fix the UV lamp cover and remove the cover out from
the unit then unscrew the old UV lamp from the lamp base of the unit.
4. Install the new UV lamp into the lamp base of the unit.
5. Install the UV lamp cover with the two bolts on the unit.
6. Install the inlet grill on the unit.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

Cleaning the Air Monitor:

The TPP640S is designed with an air monitor to
track the quality of your air. Over time the monitor
can become dirty and may require cleaning. The
main symptom of a dirty air monitor is the LED
display remains frozen on one light color. In order to
clean the air monitor you must use a vacuum to clear
the monitor chamber.
1. Power off and unplug unit.
2. Locate the 3 small vent holes in the rear
of the unit just about the inlet grill. (Fig. 1)
3. Use a vacuum cleaner hose to suction any
dust or dirt that may have accumulated
inside the monitor chamber. (Fig. 2)

SOLUTION
Press the Power button
Check to ensure unit
is plugged in.
Check to make sure filter and
inlet grill is properly installed
& locked into place.
Check to ensure nothing is
blocking air inlet & air outlet.
Check & clean filter,
if necessary.
