Installing and powering your lighthouse lace your Lighthouse on any flat, level area on your layout, securing it to the layout by driving screws through the holes in the base. Once the Lighthouse is in place, you are ready to make these power connections for conventional operation. The Lighthouse operates best at 12-18 volts.
Operating the Lighthouse urn on the separate power supply or power up your track, and the beacon will begin to rotate while the interior lights turn on. Press the separate control button to sound the foghorn. Turn the barrel next to the sound posts to adjust the volume. Refer to Figure 1 on page 3 for the location of the control button and the volume control knob.
