Maintenance and care
of your Rapid Release Pro1
Clean your Rapid Release Pro1 with premoistened wipes. Do not use solvents such as benzene, paint thinner, or
acetone.
Please do not use massage oils or lotions that contain aromatic oils as they can cause deterioration of the plastic and
power cord rubber, damaging your Rapid Release Pro1 device. Do not store or place Rapid Release Pro1 where it can
drop or fall into water.
Do not use continuously for more than 10 minutes. Please allow it to cool off 5–10 minutes before the next
use.
Basic Usage Instructions
Session time is typically 2 to 5 minutes.
1. The Blue On/Off switch is located on the top of the Pro 1. Turn on by pushing blue switch forward.
2. Use a grip that is comfortable to you, making sure that you are not obstructing the air vents.
3. Rotate the Rapid Release Pro1 so the desired treatment head is in contact with the body.
4. When using for the first time on somebody, ask them to hold out their hand with palm up and apply Rapid Release
Pro1 to confirm it is acceptable to them.
5. Applying pressure is not needed or recommended. Let the weight of the Rapid Release Pro1 do the work for you.
6. Keep the device moving about 1 inch per second in a circular or
zig zag motion.
7. The Rapid Release Pro1 can be used on skin or clothing.
8. Do not pull or tug on the power cord. Doing so could damage the cord or cause a power disconnect where the
cord connects at the base of the Rapid Release Pro1. This may void your warranty.
Follow up Sessions
During follow up sessions, treatment area should be expanded to cover all structures linked to your target area. For
example: working around the shoulder apply the Rapid Release Pro1 down the entire arm to the fingers and back to
the upper chest and all around the shoulder blade area. After the first few sessions you can change position to stretch
the area or target the area from a different angle. You can also change the body position or apply while weight
bearing.
Remember the Rapid Release Pro1's effectiveness derives from its unique frequency therefore too much pressure can
compress the tissue and limit the penetration of the vibration.
General Guidelines
• There is no observed benefit to sessions lasting longer than
5 minutes per area.
• Use common sense when using the Rapid Release Pro1.
• When in doubt, always err on the side of caution.
