[Correct condition]
(1) Buttonhole sensor (bh)
LED shows:
Rear
[H] when the buttonhole lever is
pulled toward you.
[L] when the buttonole lever is
released.
[H] when the buttonhole lever is
pushed to the back.
(2) Auto thread cutter switch (cS)
Turn the hand wheel and check
the phase sensor.
The LED changes from [L] to [H]
at the lowest position of needle
bar.
Press the stitch length plus button.
(3) Feed and zigzag phase
sensors (FS & bS)
The LED shows in order as shown
in the left when the needle bar
moves from its highest position.
Press the clear button to proceed
to the next step.
[Correct condition]
Turn the hand wheel away from
you and read the figure if it shows
between 414 and 420

the LED does not change.
Adjust the position of the shield
plate and/or photo sensor.
Replace the photo sensor and/or
circuit boar A.
(Faulty condistion]
LED does not change.

Clean the slit of the velocity
sensor and/or adjust the velocity
sensor.
Replace the driving motor and/or
circuit board A.
