Troubleshooting

WARNING
In some regions, digital terrestrial signals may be weak. It is therefore advisable to use an antenna amplifier to boost weak signals.
Problem
Standby light not lit
Mains lead unplugged
Mains fuse blown
No or bad signal
The satellite dish is not pointing at the satellite.
Signal to weak.
Satellite dish is too small.
Wrong antenna setting.
Channel search does not work
Scrambled channel message
Channel is scrambled
No response to remote control
Receiver off
Handset not aimed correctly
Front panel obstructed
Batteries depleted
No password information is given.

The audio is not available

The batteries in your remote control need replacing
There is an obstruction blocking the signal path
between the remote control and the box.
After moving the device to another room you find you are no longer able to receive signals
