Navigating through the Galaxy TouchCenter Plus Keypad

Navigation through the Galaxy TouchCenter Plus Keypad typically begins on the
is the first screen you see when you power up and initialise the keypad. It is on this screen that you make menu selections. Once you have made your
selection, you can navigate through various sub-menus by pressing graphical icons to perform the function you desire.

About the Home Screen

The
Home
screen is the gateway to your system. On this screen you can:
control your security system
control your multi-media applications, such as video, pictures and cameras
The
Home
screen is displayed most of the time and can be customised via the Multimedia
application.
The background and icons shown on the Home screen in this manual are for
example only. Your system installer may have changed the actual background and
icons shown on your Home screen.

Multimedia Application

The Picture/Video (Audio) features allow you to display personal photos (in a slide show format) and video files, which must be loaded into the
keypad by your installer via an external SD/SDHC card before the unit is fastened in place. It is recommended that you use the SD/SDHC card
supplied with the keypad.
In everyday handling, memory cards can become susceptible to malfunction and/or failure due to electrostatic discharges and the information on the
card may be lost.

Control

If configured by your installer the TouchCenter Plus can be used to control building systems such as lighting, air conditioning and gates. To operate,
press the
Control
icon. You will then see one or more switch icons on the screen.
