or torn mesh/fabric.

Never substitute parts.
NEVER LEAVE CHILD in
product with side lowered.
Be sure side is in raised and
locked position whenever
child is in product.

They can cause suffocation.
GB DOES NOT
RECOMMEND refinishing
product. However, if
refinishing, use a non-toxic
finish specified for
children's products.
ALWAYS keep the play yard
away from hazards in the
area that may harm or injure
your child.
THIS PRODUCT IS NOT
intended for commercial use.
DO NOT use play yard in a
motor vehicle, such as a van
or camper, child could be
injured in a sudden stop or
crash.
PREVENT POSSIBLE
SUFFOCATION or
entanglement. Never use a
play yard sheet unless it is
designed specifically for your
play yard and fits securely
on all four corners of the
mattress pad.
DO NOT modify or add any
accessories that did not
originally come with your
