Solutions
The stacker is full.
Remove the banknotes from the stacker.
The reject pocket is full.
Remove the banknotes from the reject pocket.
Close the top cover.
1. Some foreign substance falls inside the machine or notes are blocked, open the back
cover to remove them.
2. If it occurs frequently, please lower the motor speed parameter.
If the problem still persists after adjustment, please turn the adjusting screw clockwise,
the feeding gap will increase, and then check if the tooth rubber between the feeding
wheel and the twiddling wheel are consistent.
