10.3.2. Enabling/deleting preset timers
You can enable or disable a previously set timer.
 Hold down the TIMER/CLOCK button for 2 seconds while the device is
switched on.
 Use  or  within 10 seconds to select the entry ONCE (one-off timer) or
DAILY (daily timer) depending on which timer you want to activate/deactivate.
 Press the option TIMER ON (activate) or TIMER DEL (delete) on the display
within 10 seconds and confirm with ENTER.
The set timer is turned on or off.

10.4. Using the sleep timer

With the sleep timer, the device turns off automatically after a defined period of
time.
 While the device is running, press the SLEEP button.
 Use the number keys within 5 seconds to select the desired period of time in
minutes until the device should be turned off. SLEEP will appear on the display.
The device will now switch off when the set period of time expires.
When a sleep timer is activated, you can query the time remaining at any time:
 Press SLEEP. The time remaining is displayed.
If you wish to cancel the sleep timer, proceed as follows:
 Press SLEEP.
 Press the 0 button twice within 5 seconds until SLEEP 00 appears on the
display. The SLEEP symbol disappears from the display and the sleep timer is
switched off.

10.5. Select operating mode

 Choose the operating mode using the following buttons on the remote control
or the FUNCTION button on the device:
− TUNER: Radio
− USB: Playback from a USB data medium or a tablet
− BLUETOOTH: Playback from an external device via Bluetooth
− AUDIO IN: Playback of audio signals from an external device connected
to the AUDIO IN connection.
− LINE IN: Playback of audio signals from an external device connected to
the LINE IN connection.
− CD: Playback of CDs
