The vacuum moves
backwards after being
switched on

flashes blue after 4 hours of
charging

The insulating strip has not
been removed from the
battery terminals
One of the power wires for
the wheel motor has come
loose

Place the vacuum on a light
colored floor
Ensure that the anti-drop
sensors are clean and
unobstructed
Continue to charge the
battery until the LED
indicator ceases flashing
Remove the brushes then
soak them in scalding hot
water to recover their
original shape
Reinstall the battery
Recharge the battery
Turn the vacuum off then
back on
Remove the insulating strip
Remove the wheel drive
cover and reconnect the
loosened wire
