GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS

The machine has been designed to reduce risks to persons and to the environment in which it is installed, to the
minimum. To eliminate residual hazards, it is therefore recommended to become as familiar as possible with the
machine in order to avoid accidents that could cause personal injuries and/or damage to the machine.
Consult the technical safety briefs available from refrigerant manufacturers for further information about the
characteristics of the cooling fluid.
In case you might not know the position of our closest Assistance Service, ask the Dealer where you purchased the
equipment, or search the Italian Yellow Pages under "Condizionamento" (Air conditioning) or "Caldaie a gas" (Gas
boilers).

FAULT ANALYSIS

The diagram below lists the some types of fault that the electronics can detect and communicate to the user.
FAULT
The machine does not
turn on.
The indoor unit works
but the outdoor unit will not
turn on.
The machine works but
does not cool the air.
The compressor works for
a short time and then stops for
a few minutes.
Water leaking from indoor
unit .

SAFETY AND POLLUTION

ASSISTANCE AND SPARE PARTS

CAUSE
No power supply.
No power supply to the outdoor
unit .
Low refrigerant level.
Possible solenoid valve fault.
The machine is not charged.
The outdoor unit exchanger is
dirty or clogged by leaves, paper,
etc .
Condensation tank overflowing.
SOLUTION
Check that the power cable is correctly
plugged in the power socket.
Check the socket voltage.
If the fault persists, call the assistance
service.
Call the assistance service.
Call the assistance service.
Call the technical assistance service.
Clean the exchanger as described in
the "Outdoor unit cleaning" paragraph of
this manual.
Check that the indoor unit is perfectly
levelled or that it is slightly tilted to the right
(max 1cm) .
Check that the condensation
drain hose is not clogged and that it is
adequately tilted.
