Download and install the Android Wear app from Google Play

You can pair your watch with your phone only through the Android Wear app.
Download and install Android Wear app in Google Play
Make sure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Press and hold the power button to power on your watch, and follow the onscreen
instructions to choose the language.
On your phone, enable Bluetooth and open the Android Wear app. The available
Bluetooth devices will be displayed on your phone.
Swipe the watch face to view your watch's name. Touch the matching watch name on
your phone.
